• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 mint sprigs (one for muddling and one for garnish)
  • 1 3/4 oz Tanqueray gin
  • 1 oz homemade ginger beer
  • 1 lime wheel, for garnish
  1. Muddle lime juice, simple syrup, and a mint sprig in a mixing glass.
  2. Add the gin, ginger beer, and ice.
  3. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass, add garnishes and straws.
