Red Scare Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 625g Pacific White shrimp
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of butter

Steps

  1. Remove the shells from the shrimp.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, except the butter, in a freezer bag or a mixing bowl, seal the container and let it rest in the fridge for about 1h.
  3. Heat the butter on a large pan, once it’s melted toss the shrimp on it for about 10min.
  4. Serve on pasta with white sauce.
