- 3 glass jars
- 1 medium Taiwanese cabbage, sliced
- 3-4 small/medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of mayonaise
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1/8 tsp of celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
Steps
- Mix sliced cabbage and carrots by hand.
- Whisk all the other ingredients together.
- Pour over the cabbage/carrots and mix thoroughly by hand.
- Enjoy!
- Leftovers can be stored in airtight jars, refrigerated and eaten over the course of 2-4 weeks.
