• 1 medium Taiwanese cabbage, sliced
  • 3-4 small/medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup of mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp of celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
  1. Mix sliced cabbage and carrots by hand.
  2. Whisk all the other ingredients together.
  3. Pour over the cabbage/carrots and mix thoroughly by hand.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Leftovers can be stored in airtight jars, refrigerated and eaten over the course of 2-4 weeks.
