Ingredients

• 2 oz golden tequila
• 1 oz orgeat syrup
• 1 lime
• 3 drops of Angostura bitters
• fizzy water

Steps

1. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
2. Shake and strain all ingredients into a big fuck off glass with some ice cubes. Top with fizzy water.

Fill a shaker two-thirds full of ice and add the ingredients in the order given. Shake for approximately 15s and strain the drink into the appropriate glass.
