Gin-Gin Mule

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 mint sprigs (one for muddling and one for garnish)
- 1 3/4 oz Tanqueray gin
- 1 oz homemade ginger beer
- 1 lime wheel, for garnish
Steps
- Muddle lime juice, simple syrup, and a mint sprig in a mixing glass.
- Add the gin, ginger beer, and ice.
- Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass, add garnishes and straws.

- Put the ingredients into an empty glass and grind them with a muddler until all the juices have been extracted from the fruit and any sugar in the recipe is completely dissolved.
- Shake and Strain
- Fill a shaker two-thirds full of ice and add the ingredients in the order given. Shake for approximately 15s and strain the drink into the appropriate glass.
Notes
- Recipe for homemade ginger beer
- This cocktail specifically tastes best with Tanquery gin, although feel free to use whatever you have.
