Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Tanqueray gin
• 1 oz homemade lime juice cordial
• 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Steps

1. Stir and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Add the garnish.

Fill a mixing glass two-thirds full of ice and add the ingredients in the order given. Stir for approximately 30s, then strain the drink into the appropriate glass.

Notes

• You can make your own homemade lime juice cordial with this recipe
• Make sure to only zest the green skin of the limes. You don’t want any of the white stuff in your cordial.
