Ingredients

• 2 oz Havana Club 7 Years rum
• 3 oz Fever Tree ginger beer
• 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Steps

1. Build in an ice-filled highball glass. Add the garnish.

Fill the glass with ice, if called for, and add the ingredients in the order given. Add any garnish called for, stir briefly, and serve.

Notes

• Substitute 1 oz of Havana Club 7 Years rum with 1 oz of Havana Club 3 Years rum for a Light and Stormy (I haven’t tried this yet but I plan to).
